Buying a theme

Dart Design themes are sold through the Shopify Theme Store. When you buy a theme, Shopify's terms for the Theme Store apply to the purchase, the theme licence and refunds.

Support

Support is free for merchants using our themes. It covers installing and setting up the theme, explaining its settings, and fixing bugs in the theme. It does not cover custom code changes, third-party apps or design services. We answer every request within two business days.

Some answers are prepared with the help of an AI assistant, using our documentation; such answers say so. If an answer does not solve your problem, reply and we look into it further.

Updates

Theme updates are free and are published through the Shopify Theme Store. Code changes you make to a theme are not carried over by updates and are not covered by support; duplicate your theme before editing its code.

Using this website

Do not use our support forms to send spam, harmful files or content that is unlawful. We may refuse requests that break these rules.

The text, images and design of this website belong to Dart Design or are used with permission. Screenshots show our themes with sample products and photos.
