What we collect

• Support and contact requests: your name, email address, store address if you give it, the topic, your messages and any files you attach. The same applies when you email us.
• Protection against abuse: to limit how many requests one network can send, we keep a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your internet address for one day. We cannot turn it back into the address.
• Server records: like every website, our web server records requests (address, time, page, browser) to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to answer you, to fix problems in our themes that your request reveals, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send you marketing email.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare delivers and protects this website.
• Apple iCloud Mail carries our support email.
• An AI service provider processes the text of support requests on our behalf, so we can prepare answers quickly. Answers prepared this way say so.

How long we keep it

We keep a support request while it may help us support you, for example when you write again about the same problem. You can ask us to delete your requests at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used with us.
